Even though it was a small order, the staff obviously took time to pull as perfect a length of board as I've ever seen. It made everything easier and elevated the quality of my projects.

I ordered 10 bdft and was pleasantly surprised to receive (6) boards, 5x46 inches. Every square inch is usable. And at a great price. The order was shipped quick, no damage whatsoever. Very pleased!

This was my first time using Woodworkers source and my first time working with Genuine Mahogany. The order exceeded my expectations in both the quality and quantity of the lumber. If you're on the fence about using Woodworkers source as your lumber provider, let me suggest that you go ahead and pull the trigger. You will not be disappointed. You'll pay a premium price (mostly due to she shipping costs), but the hand picked quality and the convenience of having it shipped to your door is more than worth it. I'll be using them from now on :)

I haven't use this wood yet, but it is about as perfect as you can get. No cracks or imperfections. Straight grain and I asked for one side cut and it is straight as an arrow. I will never buy wood anywhere else.

Mahogany arrived in excellent condition, well protected against weather and other damage. Dimensions were correct. This is the second project I have done with wood supplied by Woodworkers Source and in both cases I was completely satisfied.

Ordered a small mahogany board for a small project primarily to verify the quality of the product. I ordered 25 more board feet yesterday for a larger project.

This wood is exquisite. It came packaged exactly as advertised and it works and feels wonderful. I used it to make a federal style side table and it did not disappoint. The grain was just beautiful and the wood works so easily. Excellent in every way!

This "genuine mahogany" is the lightest mahogany I have ever seen in 50 years (even African mahogany). I received 10 boards, 7 had black checking in the grain (4 very heavy). Only 3 "good" color boards. Good: no splits in ends, well bound and packaged

I needed 10" wide pcs for the project I bid (a coffee table with 2 matching end tables)- the lumber came from 10' long pcs., I can use the drops on smaller projects-all the lumber was very nice and well packaged. This species of Mahogany is very easy to work with, the milling work is very easy on my bits and blades, check out the finish suggestions- it comes out beautiful- I hope to be using this lumber again- soon

I highly commend the people who picked out the mahogany boards for my order. The grain pattern between the boards almost appeared to be book matched. The table I was building came extremely close to looking like one solid piece. I couldn't have picked them out better myself. Thanks.

The wood is beautiful. All boards were excellent. I even recieved slightly more than I ordered. My local yard gives me boards than are 20% non usable and always charge me 1.5 board feet additional for handling. Thank you and I look forward to my next order.

I ordered three batches of this stuff as my project (in-house bar)kept growing. All came straight and true with excellent color characteristics. The only issue I had was that the Mahogany paper-backed veneer Woodworker's Source sells (from a different source) did not come close to matching the color and richness of the lumber. However, the folks at Woodworker's Source were very understanding and acepted the veneer in return without a restocking charge.

the product was great, however, after I ordered I found that our local store had the same item on sale for $4.99/bd ft. I tend to believe that this item was sent to many dealers because of overstacked or something. Any way I spent $4.00 more a ft. than my local store had it for.

Nice wood with a little sap wood. I expect to take advantage of the sap wood as a contrast to otherwise uniform color.

This is my second shipment of mahogany taking advantage of the sale pricing. The wood is very nice. I got several very wide pieces that wil make a great table top or cabinet sides. There is a little more variation in color than the first order, but nothing major. I felt like the mix of wide and narrow boards was quite generous towards wider boards. I'm considering ordering more to stock up as mahogany is getting very hard to find and you can't beat this price or service. Thanks! Oh - extremely well packaged too.

I have bought these shorts in the past and for the extra price, specified certain widths and asked for top quality boards. I wasn't disappointed as the lumber I received was excellent and right in line with what I asked for. This time however I didn't specify anything thinking that if I'm ordering 20+ BF then I would probably get a little verity in the 4" width range as stated. Not so. All the lumber I received was 4-5" width and not a straight board in the lot. The price is pretty good but if you want something good then pay the extra price to specify what you want.

One of the 8.5 x 73 boards is warped. The other 2 boards are ok.

Good grain, straight pieces, looks just like I would have picked them out myself. Good job. I will order again.

I purchased 20bf of Mahogany a few weeks ago when it was on sale. I really didn't need it at the time, but the price was right. Now that I have it I wish I had purchased more! The stock is absolutely beautiful, and since I purchased it milled on one edge, there will be absolutely no waste with the exception of my mistakes. If you have a need for hardwood, try this product - you will not be disappointed (I hope!)

I recieved an approximately 10 inch by 8 foot piece of genuine mahogany along with another 20 bf of mixed types. It was nearly flawless, except for mild curve along it's length, which I have come to accept to some degree. All the boards were quite well secured and protected for shipping, and arrived in a reasonable, length of time. Based on this, my first order with WS, I would be likely to order more.

Just picked out some boards at the store on Saturday and found myself some beautiful stuff. I don't think I saw one knot anywhere! Clear flat and good widths.
