Our crew starts preparing your materials as soon as your order comes in, so by the time you arrive, everything will be cut, packed, and waiting. If anything needs extra attention (like custom cutting or a special request), we’ll give you a quick call to confirm timing so there are no surprises.

Just show up during your scheduled slot, and we’ll have your order ready to load!

What do I do when I get to the store?

Easy — just head straight to the customer service counter inside the showroom.

Our crew will be ready to greet you, look up your order, and get things rolling right away.

What if I miss my pickup time?

No worries — it happens!

If you can’t make your scheduled pickup, just give us a quick call and we’ll happily reschedule for a new time that works for you.

We’ll hold your order for 3 days, so there’s no rush. If we don’t hear from you after that, we’ll go ahead and cancel the order and issue a full refund. Easy as that — just call us to sync up.

How will I know when it's ready?

Your order will be ready at the time you scheduled — that’s the beauty of choosing your pickup slot!

Once your order moves into our production queue, we’ll send you an email to let you know we’re on it.

From there, you can relax knowing our crew is getting everything prepped and ready right on schedule.

What do I need to bring?

Just two things: your photo ID and your order number.

For security, the name on your ID needs to match the name listed in the shipping address of your order — that’s how we make sure your materials end up in the right hands.

Once we verify that, you’re good to go!

Will you send me a confirmation?

Absolutely!
As soon as you place your order, you’ll get an email confirmation right away. It includes your order details, pickup time, and everything you’ll need when you come in.

Can someone else pick it up for me?

Sure thing!

Just enter their name and details in the shipping address section during checkout.

When they come in, they’ll need to show a photo ID that matches the name on the order — that’s how we make sure everything goes to the right person.
