Tools and Supplies:

• 100% refund, credit or exchange for unopened or defective product
• 75% store credit for used or opened non-defective product
• 75% store credit for special order tools or supplies

Lumber, Wood and Sheet Goods:

• 100% refund, credit or exchange in original condition
• 50% store credit if not in original condition, and subject to manager approval
• Custom cut or milled wood is subject to manager approval

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• 100% refund, credit, or exchange for wood returned in original condition
• 50% refund or credit for wood that has been cut, shaped, or modified
• Original shipping charges are not refundable

• You may ship the item back using your own carrier, or
• We can arrange return shipping for you and deduct that cost from the refund
