We offer hassle-free refunds or exchanges if you've changed your mind or find out you received defective tools or supplies.
- 100% refund, credit or exchange for any defective tools or supplies
- 100% refund, credit or exchange for any unopened tools or supplies
- 100% refund, credit or exchange for wood in original condition
- 75% refund or credit for used or opened non-defective tools or supplies
- 50% refund or credit for wood that's not in original condition (i.e cut, shaped, etc)
- Custom milled wood and special orders are subject to manager approval

- Refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping if we arrange the return shipment

- We will replace, refund, or credit the material depending what works for you
