We offer hassle-free refunds or exchanges if you've changed your mind or find out you received defective tools or supplies.

Tools and Supplies:

• 100% refund, credit or exchange for unopened or defective product
• 75% store credit for used or opened non-defective product
• 75% store credit for special order tools or supplies

Lumber, Wood and Sheet Goods:

• 100% refund, credit or exchange in original condition
• 50% store credit if not in original condition, and subject to manager approval
• Custom cut or milled wood is subject to manager approval

If you've changed your mind:

• 100% refund, credit or exchange for wood in original condition
• 50% refund or credit for wood that's not in original condition (i.e cut, shaped, etc)
• Refund will be reduced by the cost of shipping if we arrange the return shipment
• Print this form to include inside the package

Damage or dissatisfaction:

• Take a picture of the issue
• We will replace, refund, or credit the material
• We pay the return the shipping
