Alder Turning Squares: 1-3/4" x 1-3/4" x 18"

These turning squares are cut from premium kiln dried lumber. They're ready to be turned into furniture spindles, table legs, small accessories (letter openers, utensils, etc), and other fine woodworking projects.

Why Choose Alder?

A soft, relatively low-strength, straight-grained, even-textured wood. Works well with hand and machine tools, but sharp cutting edges need to be maintained to prevent tearing the grain. The wood is rarely wider than 6 due to the small size of the trees.

Review by  Anonymous
Good piece of wood. Three sides were well finished the forth not so well. However, this won't be a problem.
