These cutting board strips are cut from premium kiln dried lumber. They're ready to be ripped or cut to make your own custom cutting board. You'll need 8-10 strips to build a 10"-15" wide cutting board.

Movingui is an exotic wood from Africa

A medium to fine grained wood that often features mottle or bees wing figure. The best figured logs are processed into veneers, and on rare occasion the logs will be sawn into lumber. It's Janka hardness rating is 1230, nearly identical to red oak.

What's The Tree Like?
The tree is reported to reach an average height of about 90 feet (27 m), with an average trunk diameter of about 30 inches (76 cm). The clean, fairly straight and cylindrical bole is reported to develop over a relatively small buttress.
