tear in veneer
When I got the product one end was taped but the other end wasn't and there was a 12 inch tear down the middle of the sheet.
I was able to work around it but I was surprized at the lack of care in shipping this product. I have ordered severial times befor and always been very happy.
Familiarity: I haven't used it yet
