You get 3 out of 5 because only 60 o/o of the boards were quality. Others were technically first quality but ugly.

Disappointed!!
I choose to pay for selection request and unfortunately I was charged 100 $ extra for 100 bd foot but I didn't received what I asked. I contacted customer service but they just ignored my complaint and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company... The lumber that I received was good quality but was not the size that I requested... I guess 100% satisfaction is not true!!
