A very interesting wood with many color changes

I'm very pleased with this particular wood and look forward to making a project with it.

The bubinga I received was in good shape and exactly what I needed for the project. Bubinga has varied color and grain so my advice or anyone doing a project to buy a little more than what you need. This wood is hard yet very easy to work with. I did half blind dovetails for a drawer that were flawless.

I gave the service and quality of the wood I received each 5 stars, I'd give it 10 stars if I was able. The plank I received even though it's in the rough is a beautiful piece, no splitting, cracks or warping and honestly I wasn't expecting something this nice of quality never knowing what you'll get buying online. You Gentlemen have a new Customer here . I'm a first time buyer of exotic wood online, I searched up a few places online and decided to give your Company a try and I'm glad I did. I don't buy much, I only use these products for knife and tomahawk handles, I purchase unfinished knives / tomahawks and create my own finishing touches for myself and friends , what I ordered will go a long way but I'm going to order a few more different exotic wood pieces for my projects . The bubinga I ordered and received was exactly what had hoped for. Perfectly square with one edge finished. I will order more from them in the future.

When you buy expensive exotic wood on line you keep your fingers crossed that what you'll get will be only half way decent. This was a surprisingly successful purchase for me. Only used bubinga in 4 projects so far and I really like it. Burns a bit in the tablesaw but maybe my blade (Forrest 40t) is dull?

great wood, hard but not brutal on the tools, stunning with a finish. I got some great 9" wide boards.
