Imperfect. There will be waste
Not really useable for cutting boards as-is. I bought the 1 3/4 and one of the sticks had an ugly knot close to one end. I can hide that side, but it throws off the grain.

Several pieces had bad knots but I was able to position where it was still usable. I was hoping that "Hand Picked" length would have no visible blemishes from the surfaces. Makes me a little reluctant to reorder more.
