Reviews for Red Oak (Flat Cut) Paper Back Veneer Sheet - 4' x 8' Roll

The veneer is great but I had issues to keep it from bubbling as it dried. I covered a large (8 foot by 3 foot) closet door which is basically hollow. I brushed on Titebond 2 woodglue and rolled the veneer onto it at which point it was smooth and flat. I placed weight on the entire length of the door with unopened boxes of hard wood floor (maybe 35 lbs a box) and on the edges I clamped on pieces of hardwood so the entire edge of the door was clamped tight. After 24 hours I removed the clamps and weight from it. The veneer still looks good but the surface did bubble all over the door - almost like it soaked in the glue as if it got wet. I have 2 more doors to do, any suggestions?

It is very good quality and service, except that later I sent you an email asking about what glue to use with the veneer but got no response.
