Here's What to Do About Damage or Mistakes
Document the problem with couple of photos.
Send in a help ticket with the photos to email@example.com
Include your name and order number.
What works best for you? We will replace, refund, or credit the material based on a discussion with you about what works for you.
When we replace material, we pay for the shipping. And we pay to have the original order shipped back to us.
Yes - It's expensive for us, but we're in this to make sure you're satisfied.
