The Cherry wood that I ordered came with no damage. It was packaged very well. The board was very clear just two small knots near one corner. Just the one thing I did not like was the board was twisted down its length which made it difficult to rip it in three pieces down its length with a circular saw. I was able to work around that. The board is for making three dozen blocks in three different sizes that are 2.5" thick that will be donated to the kids at Ronald McDonald House for them to enjoy.

I was very pleased with the two pieces of 12/4 cherry you selected for me. It met my needs and the quality exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated how well it was wrapped and protected for shipping.

Received the wood in good shape. It looks clean and straight.

The product was received damaged at one end and down one side. I explained that I wanted the wood for cabriolet legs ie 4" square, the wood was 10" wide leaving me a large unusable quantity. This is the second time I have received unsuitable wood from this company, the last time I had to send it back and have it replaced, this time it wasn't possible due to time constraints. This experience makes the e mail I received ref the special treatment I was given appear either sarcastic or just rubbish talk. I'm very disappointed with this company.

The sizes were all very workable with lots of useable widths and lengths. I have purchased nearly 1,000 board feet of nearly 30 different species from Woodworkers source and I have NEVER been disappointed with even 1 board foot. Don't be worried Canadian woodworkers, these people know what they are doing with across-the-board shipping. I have received wood delivered to my doorstep cheaper than I can buy for in Regina (shipping included). Thanks Craig & Robert
