Why Choose Wenge?

An amazing unique wood that's nearly 100% black. Wenge is also marked with slightly lighter brown streaks which gives the wood an unusual, yet delightful, appearance. Wenge is hard and heavy, and makes a superb accent wood in highly decorative projects.

You're in excellent hands with these cutting board strips, expertly cut from premium kiln-dried lumber. They come prepped and ready for you to rip, cut, and arrange into beautiful color combinations and patterns, allowing you to craft your own custom, handcrafted cutting board with ease.

PRO TIP
Expect to do a little prepping to any surfaces you'll glue together

Cutting board strips
Got 5 different cutting board strips. Four of five excellent. Wenge strip was warped and required significant planing to be useful, but ultimately worked out.
