Plenty of wood to work with. I wish there were wider boards. I like to make sushi trays with this. Usually only one board is 6 in wide most are closer to 5 in. However its a beautiful wood.

The wood I received was nothing like the Shedua featured in the sushi tray video. It is just like any other dense, brown hardwood that you can buy at a more reasonable price. They offered to buy it back, which is great customer service, but my project partner did not want to go through the hassle to get it packaged up for shipment to send back. I did put instructions into my order for the colors I was expecting, but did not receive anything close to that.

I was very impressed at the selection of board picked for my order. I have never ordered wood like this online before so I was a little hesitant. However the wood arrived relatively quickly (about a week) and as I mentioned the boards were clear of knots and contained a nice grain pattern. I will definitely be ordering from woodworkers source in the future.

Very happy with what was selected and shipped. Got a mix of wide 12" and 5" wide boards all free of defects. One crack was developing but I poured a little epoxy and it stopped.

After my first project this wood is gorgeous, when finished. Enjoyed working with it, now on to another project.

My son wanted a new desk as he has out grown last one I built. We wanted something unique and durable. The wood was perfect with no unusable board defects. Look forward to sharing finished project soon.

Very much satisfied with my shipment. All boards edged correctly and all boards were finished on both sides. They were ready to be worked and the grain is fantastic. One board has spilt down center about six inches long but hope to work around it some how.
