I live in a rural area without ready access to a real lumberyard. I have previously ordered Baltic birch from the local hardware store, but wasn't thrilled with the product. Usually the edges and outside pieces in the package showed physical damage. \r\nI tried ordering from WW Service and with the free shipping, it works out to just about what I normally pay for BB. The difference is the quality of the product; no damage from shipping, perfect pieces. Only downside I can see is if I ever needed a really large piece for some reason, I would probably have to come up with another solution.\r\nVery nice product!

I made a coffee table out of it

First experience with this plywood. Interesting. Surprisingly lightweight but still stiff and good to build with.

The birch looks nice. Mine didn't have any knots or defects. It just didn't work well with screws.

How hard is it to get this right???

Wood was received in excellent shape. They sent an extra free piece of wood with it, too. Good experience.

I ordered 8 pieces 24inches by 46 inches. One is very streaky. You call that 'hand picked' per order? Why would you pick one that look so different??

Came flat and straight, can't complain! Going to build some cabinets this weekend.
