The service and timing they have provided has been great. The quality of what has been delivered has been just what I needed. They also have it packaged very securely and made it all the way to Florida safely.

Oh how I missed you Baltic, it’s been too long!! I’m sure I’m not the only one that discovered this site while on a quest to find B.B. plywood because all the places local have been out of stock for quite some time and have no idea when they’ll get it back. If you’re lucky the wholesalers in your area aren’t a bunch of pretentious jerks, understand that independent semi professional woodworkers need quality plywood too and will have the decency to sell to you. I am not that lucky. That's how I ended up here. Overall I gotta say this is some nice B.B. and from what I can tell is totally legit. I deducted two stars, one for each issue I had (please note these are relatively minor and are more for woodworkerssource to hopefully take note of. They should in no way prevent you from buying this plywood). The first is my 20x30 sheets weren’t a full 20x30, they’re more like 19-13/16x29-13/16. I wouldn’t even have mentioned this if the 24x46 SuperCore sheets I ordered as well weren’t cut spot on. If they can cut SuperCore to full size they can cut the B.B. the same. The second issue is what others have written about which is the shipping protection. Now mine came with very minimal corner damage and is nothing more than what I expected and planned for. I think woodworkerssource should have an option for customers to pay $10, 15, 20 more for added corner/shippping protection. I’m willing to bet most customers would be happy to pay a little extra for this added protection. That’s all I got! Again, I’m a satisfied customer and I will be ordering again. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it! Happy woodworking!!

First, the plywood came with minimal damage, considering it's packaging I'm happy with it. However, the packaging is, to me, a bit shocking that is the standard. Six 20"×30" plywood stacked against each other with about 4" of shrink-wrap around them on one end. That's it...no corner protection at all, just a sliver of shrink-wrap and a basic cardboard box. The bottom of it slightly damp from sitting on my porch. I figured that wouldn't matter cause obviously it would be wrapped with something to prevent the plywood from getting wet. 90% exposed with only cardboard as protection. Why the entire plywood wasn't wrapped in shrink wrap I have no idea. So if I'm at work or somewhere it sits outside and it rains....there was no protection at all?? Again, thankfully it wasn't pouring out of the would have been ruined, add to that zero bumper protection with slight damage to the edges and I think I will avoid any future orders. That type of packaging is screaming to have problems in future orders.

Every single piece of wood I received had damage to the edges. I have pictures if you want them. I strongly suggest you use some kind of hard cardboard edging or Styrofoam inserts instead of cellophane wrapping.

So expensive. Be aware there are different grades of baltic birch. Some I bought locally was so bad with lots of footballs on the faces and voids on the inner lams. The sheet I received from Woodworkers Source was perfect - no footballs and no visible voids when cut.

The good: - Boards are indeed 18 mm thick, with 1 good face - Have not encountered any voids The bad: - Main one: boards are twisted, out of 6x 20"x30" boards, only 1 was actually flat - The non-factory edges are not straight, and have noticeable splintering I'm relatively new to woodworking and have mostly stuck with bigger construction grade projects thus far. I was hoping to use these sheets as shelving in my linen closet, but was disappointed that only 1 was flat enough to be used as is. I have shimmed the rest with some scrap wood at the back so they don't wobble so the money wasn't completely wasted; however, for the price and hype around Baltic birch being incredibly flat and stable I was expecting more. As other commenters have noted, I also feel that this plywood is not flat enough to make jigs out of. Note: I am in WA while the plywood came from AZ, so maybe the warp is from the quick change in climates

The baltic birch I received was top quality and in perfect condition. I previously bought a sheet from my local hardwood supplier. It was a much lower grade with lots of voids and patches but just as expensive. This was my first plywood order from Woodworkers Source but not my last.

All of the sheets had defects on both sides. Disappointed. I use alot of this all the time for projects. I like my stuff to look good. I will have to order from another supplier unless they contact me and do better. If I can get what I expect, I will continue to order here....we'll see what happens. Other than that the wood arrived in good shape.

I was originally going to deduct 1 star as one of the pieces of plywood in my order had a milling defect which should have been picked up by the peson putting the order together. I emailed customer service with a .jpg to show them the problem. I was almost immediately mailed back by Kim H. from customer service and offered a credit for the piece. She also offered to replace it if necessary. ***** 5 Star Customer Service for the win

The plywood is exactly what I expected. Baltic Birch plywood from European sources has always met the manufacturing specs you expect. This shipment was no exception.

I was very anxious to receive my order, but disappointed when it arrived. I will have to cut about 1 to 1.5 inches off of 4 of the 6 boards in my shipment.

I would have given it 5 stars, but one package arrived damaged at the edges. I am using it for the workshop, so it is ok if it has blemishes. but for such expensive plywood, i would have expected better service. i was planning to order 5 sheets, but now i am waiting a bit.

2 of the 20 x 60 pieces were sorta flat, the other was bowed for the price, expected flat material to make jigs and such....

I was expecting at least some surface flaws or patches, but there was none, all of the pieces were perfect. Product is superior to anything at the big box. The packaging was excellent and undamaged with the corners well protected to avoid any dings. Ply edges were excellent and the cuts were very clean. Really happy with this purchase for smaller ply projects and will order again.

The 3/4" Baltic Birch looks awesome and the three pieces of 20" x 60' are dimensionally perfect and the plies look to be really solid. Very high quality and I am so very pleased! Only one slight problem: I was a bit careless in "dancing" the boxed shipment into location and hurt my back, so need to delay my project a few more days. I have now re-established a more serious respect for leverage and use of proper lifting and moving devices and techniques!

Looks like I may be the first person to knock off a star! As a first time buyer, I was really excited about this purchase. First the good: product arrived in perfect condition and extremely well packed. Demensions were 'right on' (three pieces cut to 20 x 60). Heavy as hell. Puts all the big box stuff to shame. Using it to build a tall chest of drawers for the shop, so it might even be overkill, but wanted to give it a try. Now for why I took off a star: Two out of three pieces were perfect, flat and one side with no 'footballs' (repairs). The third piece had a significant bow in it and repairs on both side, so there was no way to hide this on the inside of the cabinet but because its the back I figured what the heck. However, even after puting spacers under the piece and about 100lbs of weight on the top side for about 24 hrs, it still had a slight bow. Made getting all sides to line up properly a little more challenging. Thank god for good clamps! Overall, I would rate this as a superior product especially if you're building really good furniture. For around the shop you may get away with the big box stuff and a nice face frame.

I am a mixed media artist and I paint on Baltic Birch Plywood. The wood is very sturdy and the quality is excellent.

I ordered a 3/4" Baltic Birch Plywood Pack cut to the 15" x 30" size. The product arrived promptly and the packaging protected the plywood perfectly. I am quite happy with the purchase. I really like the "Plywood Pack" service since I do not have a panel cutter to cut the plywood down to size easily.

First of all, I have not started my project yet(which will be book and kitchen shelving, but the wood I received looks perfect, both in quality and cut. I have some misc uses planned also.

Meaning, buying plywood from a store over one thousand miles away can be dicey, but not here, not ever. The product arrives looking like it was cut with a laser. Just incredible. Lastly, there was a shipping "glitch,," in that one of my orders ran afoul of something and was "disturbed." WWS.COM's Kirk Cameron was Right On It, and the next thing I knew there was replacement material. Well packaged. All boards are excellent quality and perfectly square. Made crosscut sled that needed no adjustment (5 cut was dead-on first time). Will definitely order again.

The package of 4 -15 inch wide pieces arrived in great shape and fast delivery too. No defects or warping. The packing was great, it includes special corner protection as well as shrink wrap to avoid water damage. This grade does have plugs on both sides but they are hard to see, for furniture a veneer covering may be needed though. I thought the shipping charge was high, but I would need to drive a long distance to find a supplier and this was delivered to my rural garage door via UPS-just as well I could barely lift the package myself. I am pleased with the look of the plywood with no edging added.

This is my 2nd order from Wood Workers Source. I highly recommend them. The Baltic Birch is so superior to any HD product. I was able to get a strong tight seam simple rabbet joint which seems impossible to achieve with inferior products.

The Baltic Birch I received was as good as any Baltic Birch plywood can get. I always have great results when working with the Baltic Birch plywood from WWS, cut within 1/8" or closer and square- I will use 2 of the 3 pieces for the sub base for the Whirlpool Tub I'm installing in an older shower surround remodel . All of this very good plywood is perfect for any place I may need to use a plywood, the strength as well as the look when finished is top notch- Thanks Folks at WWS for always 100% satisfaction

I bought two orders of 3/4 BB and with the help of ASM Kirk I was able to get one of the orders cut special to 30 x 30. Great service and great product

Great quality utility item.

I have never been able to get wood of this quality from other suppliers. The wood was absolutely immaculate! I used this batch to build a subwoofer box that holds three 12" subs. The wood is extremely hard, yet pretty easy to cut. Holds screws well, and took stain very well, revealing a beautiful grain. Perfect for any speaker cabinet.

This was my first time working with Baltic Birch, and I was very pleased with its quality. The cut I ordered was exactly the dimensions I needed for some shelving in my workshop. The shelves look good, and they're quite string. Overall, I'm very pleased with this product.

As with all the Baltic Birch Plywood I have purchased from Woodworkers Source the 3/4 is very well packaged and for strength- none better, edge looks good if needed to be exposed- all milling is easy, minimal tear outs when tools are sharp- I will be buying more

I've used Baltic Birch for building the structures for Newtonian telescopes and it's worked very well. With almost zero voids and nice looking face veneer it's a shame to paint over it. In my experience it holds screws well, it's strong and remains flat.

I've struggled trying to first of all find a local Baltic Birch Plywood source and then have it cut down squarely so that I can transport it home. After buying multiple lumber orders from these guys I decided to try their plywood packs. Outstanding as usual! Square, wrapped very well to protect the corners and ships very quickly.

they said if you buy 3 packs it would ship for free. I did and they charged me shipping. will NOT buy from them again unless the refund the shipping

The plywood is quite good but actually a bit thinner than 3/4" as it is metric. Use a circular blade made exclusively for plywood and clean the gack from the blade teeth which comes from the lamination process. Would buy more if needed.
