Delivery and quality of wood were good

The experience was outstanding. I mahogany were super clean and clear of defects. The order status was up-to-date and arrived nearly 2 weeks prior to the expected delivery date.

The piece of wood I received was absolutely gorgeous, and will make a great stock for my project.

These pieces are being used to reinforce the chair legs of a 40-year-old dining room set that originated in San Salvador, Central America. The wood is an excellent match for the chairs and I was very pleased with the care that was taken in selecting the wood and the promptness with which it was delivered.

These squares were to be used as legs for a coffee table. But both pieces showed a lot of sapwood; one is unusable for this project, and the other only marginally so.

Everything was great. I didn't use it for turning--I'm into carving, and it suited my needs perfectly. To everyone out there--You don't need to have a lathe to have fun with this stuff. I rubber her down with some tongue oil to finish and she's a beaut!! No cracks, no knots, and no complaints. You will be hearing from me soon. If you're curious I used the wood for a cheek rest on my gun stock--sweet!
