Iroko "African Teak" Decorative Wall or Ceiling Paneling, Pre-Grooved Exterior Cladding

No kidding! An alternative to high-priced teak! But Iroko also has characteristics of its own that are worth knowing about. It's about as hard as walnut, which makes it a breeze to carve and rout. Add a clear finish and you'll see this wood come to life with a rich, iridescent golden brown -- you'll make some head-turning furniture with this wood.

Why Choose Iroko / African Teak?
Iroko offers superb weathering properties and a wonderful earthy burnished-brown color. Consider it the best alternative to high-priced teak. Medium to coarse texture with an interlocking grain that often produces interesting patterns. Open pores could be filled for a smooth finish, or left alone for a natural texture. Expect the wood to work easily with both power and hand tools.
