    How Do You Want It?

    Product Description

Materials: Natural woods, composite woods, hard plastics, thin aluminum

    Recommended RPM: 16,000-18,000 (max 24,000)

Flush trim bits cut the wood on your project so that it is flush with the template edge. The downshear cutting edge moves the chips away from the router.

    • TOOL SPECS: Carbide-tipped downshear flush trim bit with 1/2" cutting diameter, 1" cutting length, 1/4" shank, and 2-5/8" overall length for use with 1/4" collets. B3 bearing included.
    • FLUSH TRIM: Ideal for achieving a superior surface finish on flush trim cuts, especially when working with veneers and laminates, ensuring smooth, clean edges for a professional look.
    • DOUBLE FLUTE: Two flutes improve chip removal and provide a finer finish, offering better results than a single-flute bit for sharper, more refined edges on your woodworking projects.
    • CARBIDE TIPPED: Offers an excellent balance of quality and cost, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.
    • STEEL SHANK: The steel body creates a rigid tool with reduced vibration while the carbide cutting edges provide extended life.
    • DOUBLE BEARING: Double bearing design provides enhanced surface contact against templates, ensuring stable, accurate cuts and improved control for precise results on your woodworking projects.
