The material was even better than advertised. I had some specific lengths and they accommodated very well. Wood quality was excellent.

Let me say, this was my first time buying lumber online and I had high hopes. Unfortunately, 1 of 4 boards was unusably warped. It's taken a couple months to get around to my project, the wood was stored dry and flat, but when I pulled it out- bah! I will probably try to salvage some smaller pieces from that board, and cross my fingers I can stretch the other 3 to get my job done. I guess it's back to the lumbar yard for me.

I requested a piece of 8-10" Flame Figured Birch 7-8' long and I got a VERY nicely figured piece for the project I have (I'm not finished w/ it yet), The piece was very straight, as nice as anyone could want ,w/ beautiful Flame Figure - I'm beyond Pleased- Thanks WWS

When I saw what I would be able to buy for the very low price, I jumped and ordered 8" boards, but Kirk reached to inform me that the widest was going to be 7"(I was able to make that work, and always am Grateful for the "Heads up") , on arrival I was more than pleased (as I always am with any order from WWS), all 7 pcs. where just perfect, I love working with Birch, it is one of the species that make almost any project have a nice "Glow" about it. I hope I can order more before this wonderful deal expires. I live 300+ miles from any High End Wood Supplier, so I keep a lot on hand- This is a deal, easily worked, easily finished in many different ways and as always, better than I can go get myself

I needed a piece of Flame Figured Birch 8" wide x 84" long, the piece I received was just what I needed for the table tops center (an eye catching figured species that would complement the Figured Goncalo I have had for a few months), resawing and book matching made these tops a "One of a Kind" set- I know I can always count on you folks at WWS to supply the Very Best in any/all species I require

There were two boards 8 feet long and two at 4 feet. All were close to 5 inches across and smooth. No meaningful defects, so I should be able to use almost all of it. Great job picking and packing!
