Roundover bits provide a curved edge to your workpiece and are the most popular type of edge forming bit. Double Roundovers are capable of cutting two roundover designs with one bit. They also feature an adjustable cutting length.
- TOOL SPECS: Carbide-tipped double roundover bit with 1/4" radius, 1-3/8" large diameter, 1/2" shank, and 3-3/4" overall length for use with 1/2" collets.
- DOUBLE ROUNDOVER: Roundover both edges at once with this one bit. Features a maximum 1-5/8" cut length for efficient and precise results. Perfect for detailed edge finishing on various materials.
- ADJUSTABLE LENGTH: Quickly adjust the cut length to match the stock thickness by adding or removing shims. 1-5/8" maximum cut length.
- REPLACEMENT CUTTERHEADS: Both cutters can be replaced for extended tool life. Add RH to part number for shank cutter, and LH for end cutter (e.g., 2160LH).
- BEARING: Assembled with Item #B5 bearing for flush roundover. Use Item #B20 bearing for 1/16" bead and Item #B27 bearing for 1/8" bead, providing versatile options for precise edging on projects.
- CARBIDE TIPPED: Offers an excellent balance of quality and cost, making it ideal for a wide range of applications.
