Resawed maple and leopardwood for matching grains. Planed and sanded for texture. Routed grooves for cigars. Smoothed joints following glue up. Drilled holes for barrel hinges. Mitered edges so hinges operate properly. Finished with mixture of bee's wax and mineral oil.
