Small Mantle Clock

I had some left over small scraps of spalted maple from several years ago. It was such an unusual piece of wood I wanted a project that would capture the beauty of the pieces. I finally decided this week to make a small modernistic mantel clock using the small scraps I had. The clock base and diamond shape are walnut and the rest is the spalted maple.

The finish is satin lacquer.
