Tissue Box

A simple tissue box with a nice look to help accent my front family room. I re-sawed 4/4 Leopardwood and 4/4 Movingui to 3/8", then sanded down to 1/4" pieces. Simple overlapping joints held together with glue provided enough strength for its purpose. The box lid was rabbited to a friction fit into the box. I used a solid piece of Movingui that is floating in the bottom. This allows me to adjust the bottom piece higher in the box as the tissues start to run out.
