Mission Blanket Chest

Greene and Greene style blanket chest. Sides and base are solid gum cherry. Gum cherry gets its name from the streaks in the wood caused by planting over certain rock formations. Boards for the sides were glued up then shaped using two custom built two templates. Ebony buttons on the sides and decorating the top.

Finish: Cherry Danish Oil, Clear Danish Oil, Paste Wax
