Matters Of Taste Breadbox

In a quiet kitchen, a humble bread box sat on the counter, its side adorned with the surreal painting Matters of Taste. Every night, when the lights went out, the colors shimmered faintly—reds swirling into golds, blues melting into shadows—until, one evening, a loaf inside vanished without a crumb.

No one ever caught it, but neighbors swore they saw little toasts with jam hats tiptoeing across the windowsill at dawn. And every morning, the painting seemed… different—like it had just tasted something new.
