Putting my name on the wall

I have a program on my computer, Rapid Resizer to enlarge some letters and then it prints them out with the correct spacing or else it would look terrible. Glued the paper on the wood and sat down and started sawing them into the wood.

My own design, well , with the help of some graph paper and a set of French Curves

I did have to make a few different sizes of metal pieces for the outside edges for I couldn't decided what size would look the best.
