Black Walnut Sink with Vanity

Sink was made from Woodworkers Source Black walnut. Each piece was cut out with band saw. An angle grinder with wood shaper disc was used to even most of the pieces out. Then finally an oscillating spindle saw to smoothen. Each piece was glued together with West Systems Epoxy (great stuff) which made an excellent seal. Then after sanding from 60 grit up to 320, Total boat epoxy was applied giving it a beautiful shine and bringing out the grain. After two coats, Varnish was applied.
