Primavera Hardwood Sample

Primavera looks like a satin sheet with moderate figure and pale yellow color. The wood is lightweight, light in color, and has a moderately fine grain that can be likened to bleached mahogany - it's interesting and attractive. Even though the grain is frequently interlocked, primavera is easily shaped with sharp hand tools.

Beautiful and Unique
Review by  BOPPart Custom Woodworking from New Orleans, Louisiana
I stumbled across Primavera (White Mohagany) during a sale and purchased around 25 bd ft. Since then I have fallen in love with it. When naturally stained it turns golden. The grain is pronounced but not overly obnoxious. Strong and lightweight it is quickly becoming my species of choice for hangable momentoes, black and memorabilia projects. I recently constructed a very large shadowbox with it and had I used any other species of wood I fear I would have been too heavy. I just noticed today (October 11th, 2017) that only samples are available. I hope it is brought back into stock as I will be purchasing more as soon as it is. I have received nothing but praise for its use in my projects.
