Bamboo Hardwood Sample (1/2"x3"x6")

Get your hands on a wood you've never tried before! It's simple. Samples are milled on all sides to the standard size of 1/2'' X 3'' X 6'', as determined by The International Wood Collectors Society, and include the shipping cost within the 48 U.S. Each one is labeled with the botanical and common names. Use these to test finishes and stains, to compare color and grain characteristics, etc.

Why Choose Bamboo?
The one and only! Bamboo brings you a unique experience in building gorgeous wood projects - it's straight grained and strong like white oak, but it offers a totally different look that's warm, modern, and subtle in beauty.

Helpful before sinking a lot of money into full bamboo planks
This was useful for me in deciding whether or not to use bamboo for a large project. As boards, it's definitely expensive, and I still have more to learn about the processing and shipping that goes into it, but the sustainability is promising and it's a beautiful, stable material.
