If you want to get better acquainted with the skills and the craft of woodworking, consider taking a class from Southwest School of Woodworking in downtown Phoenix.<\/p>\n

This open house gives you a chance to see what it’s all about.<\/p>\n

The free event will include classroom tours, a complimentary BBQ lunch starting at 11:30 a.m., and an Arts and Crafts exhibition featuring furniture and other woodworking by students and instructors, as well as stained glass, paintings, sculpture, pottery, and photography by other local artists.<\/p>\n
