And because of that, their\n projects are frequently custom &#8212; that means there are no standard \nsizes that will work for everybody. So, selling wood that&#8217;s been \nprocessed down into uniform sizes only adds needless labor, machining, \nwaste material and therefore cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Random\n sizes are also a matter of practicality. Trees are roundish and random \nin size, too.
