Selection Requests, or Minimum Size Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If\n you can do your own cutting and\/or gluing to size, you will order your \nlumber by the board foot in random widths and lengths and specify some \nminimum sizes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What you can&#8217;t do is order <em>exact<\/em> sizes. Only <em>minimum&nbsp;<\/em>sizes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/cdn.freshdesk.com\/data\/helpdesk\/attachments\/production\/9025630734\/original\/mq3j5IF0WYPLv2tuAYvsCrOvQLscufa5sQ.jpg?1491498719\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This means we&#8217;ll provide a certain amount of board footage of lumber, and we&#8217;ll select it so that the sizes <em>will be larger&nbsp;<\/em>than what you request.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When\n you buy by the board foot, it&#8217;s a way to buy a bulk amount of wood in \nrandom widths and random lengths. However you can specify a minimum size\n requirement for your widths or lengths.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;ll make \nthe final cuts to create the sizes you want.
