White Ash is a decent turning wood. With the pale tan color (nearly white), you can either stain the wood for a darker appearance or simply top coat it with a clear finish. Ash does fine under both circumstances. Ash is hard and quite dense - these squares are going to make great table legs. All Ash squares are cut from kiln dried lumber and surfaced on all 4 sides.
