We get these great little pieces from a plaque manufacturer who cuts all grain swirls or figure out of the pieces they use. You must be thinking, "What fools! The figure is the best part!" You're right, and you're in luck.
We have stacks and stacks of these small figured walnut pieces - think box tops, figured inlays, or desk clocks maybe.

Thickness: 13/16'' thick, surfaced smooth two sides (4/4 S2S)
Widths: 2'' to 3-1/2'' wide, a variety is included
Lengths: 8'' to 15'' long, variety included

This was my first order from Woodworkers Source and based on the quality of the wood received, it certainly won't be my last. The figured walnut "Box Tops" are well beyond my expectations. Walnut is probably my favorite wood and I love to use a nicely figured piece for box tops. The pieces received were gorgeous and will add an incredible beauty to any project. I would highly recommend this item to anyone who appreciates a nicely figured piece of wood!!
I can't believe that these pieces are essentially off-cuts to be discarded!
