The perfect assortment of boards for your small fine woodworking projects, or when you want to try just a little bit of this wood. Each Craft Pack gets you a total of 10 board feet of premium boards that are anywhere between 3'' and 8'' wide, and 24'' up to 48'' long. All boards come surfaced on 2 sides (S2S) to 13/16'' thick, you can choose to have the boards planed down to a different thickness. Did we forget to mention that Craft Packs also include all shipping costs within the 48 U.S.?

Quantity: A total of 10 board feet (or slightly more) are included, approximately 5 to 8 boards depending on the size
Thickness: 13/16'' thick, surfaced smooth two sides (4/4 S2S) Additional planing to a different thickness is also available (see below).
Widths: 3''-8'', with rough edges. Straight line ripping on one edge is available as well, see below.
Lengths: 24''-48'', with the ends trimmed. Each pack contains a variety of lengths.
Grade: Craft Packs contain clear shorts. See our page about Hardwood Grading for some details about common lumber grades and their definitions.
 All lumber is kiln dried, surfaced smooth on both sides, and available in a wide variety of sizes. We can do custom cutting and milling for you, too! Contact us.

Color:
Brownish yellow with darker streaks, or crimson-brown with bands of golden brown.
Characteristics:
Resembles fine-grained teak. Afromosia is hard with interlocked to straight grain; boards tend to be fairly large and exceptionally clear. An attractive stripey grain is very common as well.

Boat building, decorative veneer, desks, cabinetry and flooring
